Manchester Build Co exists because of a simple inefficiency. When major developers finish their projects, premium materials are left over, and most of it would go to waste. We decided it should go to you instead.
The model
The whole trick is one sentence long.
We buy surplus stock directly from large developers at the end of their builds. Pallets of bricks, packs of blocks, tonnes of aggregates, all bought at a major discount because the developer needs it gone.
We pass that discount straight down the line. That is the whole trick. No loyalty schemes, no inflated list prices with theatrical discounts, no catalogue printed on paper thicker than your patio.
